Products
Every item is 3D printed to order. Photographs on this site are of samples: because each piece is printed individually, small variations in colour, layer finish and dimensions are normal and are not defects. Dimensions given are approximate.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken in full at checkout through Razorpay. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch; if a price was wrong, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.
Some items are quoted individually rather than sold at a listed price. For those, the price we confirm in writing is the price that applies.
Orders
An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and we send a confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — and refund it in full — if the item cannot be produced, if the personalisation requested is unlawful or infringes the rights of a third party, or if the order appears fraudulent.
Personalisation and artwork
You confirm that you have the right to use any photograph, name, logo or design you send us. We will not print content that infringes copyright or trademarks, or that is unlawful or offensive. Responsibility for spellings and artwork you approve rests with you.
Delivery
Shipping is free across India. Dispatch and delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and courier delays are outside our control.
Returns
Returns, replacements and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.
Intellectual property
The designs, product photographs, text and branding on this site belong to The Sculpt Studio. Our products are sold for personal use. Reselling, reproducing or 3D scanning our designs for commercial purposes is not permitted without written consent.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Our learning products are intended for the age ranges stated and should be used with adult supervision where small parts are involved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
