Free shipping across India
We ship across India and shipping is free on every order. There are no delivery charges, no minimum order value and no surcharge for remote pin codes.
Dispatch time
Every item is 3D printed to order.
- Ready designs: dispatched in 3 to 5 working days.
- Personalised items (names, photographs, lithophanes, custom figurines): dispatched in 5 to 8 working days, counted from the day artwork is approved.
- Bulk and corporate orders: timeline confirmed in writing when the order is placed.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, most orders reach metro cities in 2 to 4 working days and the rest of India in 4 to 7 working days. You will receive tracking details by email or WhatsApp as soon as your parcel leaves the studio.
Where we ship
We currently sell and ship within India only. For enquiries from outside India, please write to sculpt.thestudio@gmail.com.
Address changes
If your address is wrong, tell us before dispatch and we will correct it. Once a parcel is handed to the courier the address cannot be changed.
