This policy explains what The Sculpt Studio collects when you use thesculptstudios.in, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, delivery address, email address and phone number, so that we can make and deliver your order.
- Payment information: card and UPI details are entered on the secure Razorpay payment page and are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
- Personalisation content: photographs, names and messages you send us for custom items.
- Account details, if you choose to create an account.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies to keep the cart working and to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
We use your information to process and deliver orders, to answer your questions, to send order updates, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Who we share it with
- Razorpay, our payment gateway, to process payments.
- Our courier partners, to deliver your order.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its database.
Each of these receives only what it needs to do its job.
Photographs for personalised orders
Photographs you send us for lithophanes, figurines and other custom work are used only to make your order. We delete production files on request. We never publish a customer photograph without asking you first.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to remember your cart and your login. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout will not work correctly without them.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. Everything else is deleted when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Write to sculpt.thestudio@gmail.com to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We respond within 30 days.
